Terms of Service

I. General Information

- I own the right to refuse any commission

- Please write clearly. If possible, break up your text so it is easy to follow as I reference your ideas/wishes while I work. Please don't send a wall of text.

- I will not tolerate rudeness or uncooperative behavior. I want to provide the best work I can in an amicable manner, so please behave kindly. If you don't, I may refuse your commission.

II. ⭐ Payment

- Payment will be through PayPal unless stated otherwise. I may sometimes accept or request accessible gift cards such as Steam or Nintendo, but forewarning will be given.

- I am, however, very flexible with payment types, so if you are unable to use PayPal but want a commission, reach out and we may be able to find a method that works.

- I only require payment after the sketch is sent and approved. I will not start work on lines until it is sent.

I do NOT accept refunds unless  the payment was mistaken (wrong figure, etc.). Some exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis but assume no refunds.

🛑 BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT:

- Send me a screenshot of confirmation like the one on the right.

- Include in your payment message the account name from which you commissioned me and what site it was commissioned on. For example, Commissioner123 on Discord would write, "From Commissioner123 on Discord!"

This makes it easier for me to track my commissions. You will have my eternal thanks.

III. Process

- Contact must be through Email, Phone, Twitter, Instagram, or Discord DMs. I accept all of these and check diligently.

- A WIP will be sent after the sketch is finished which the commissioner can provide critique/preferred changes on. This is also when payment must be sent after approval.

- I will start on commissions ASAP after receiving them, but my turn-around time is variable. Many things can come up. However, if I do not work on a commission for one to two weeks, I will inform the commissioner and make sure the situation is okay.

I do not work in a strictly linear/orderly queue. However, older commissions take some priority.

IV. Extra Details

- Minor changes to a piece (marking errors, etc.) that have occurred on my fault can be fixed free of charge.- Major changes to a finished product will come with a fee at my discretion.
- Overly complex designs will come with an extra fee at my discretion.

- Any and all sketches can be edited by the commissioner, requested to be edited, or requested to be scrapped if the commissioner has a clear idea of what they want instead.

- Each character in a commission counts as a separate commission.

- When finished, I will provide a raw image file (for purposes of initial opinions) as well as a high-quality Google Drive link to the original image.

V. Copyright/Ownership

- A finished commission is (fully) my, the artist’s, property. Not the commissioner’s.

- I may use any commission to promote or otherwise use for myself. Let me know if this is a pressing issue, and I may make exceptions.

- Editing (ie: light hue changes, cutting of background) for non-commercial uses is okay as long as I am directly credited where said image is used. However, you may not remove my watermark/signature, make major changes, or anything else of the sort without credit.

- You may NEVER use my work for NFTs, crypto, AI*, etc.

- You cannot resell my work (namely custom designs, etc.) for more than what you paid.

*This includes, and is not limited to, any form of training or sublicensing others for training of AI, including, without limitation, any other or related technologies capable of generating works in the same style/genre as the commissioned work (or other work of mine)
